How is Fused glass cremation jewelry made?
With meticulous precision, we carefully cut the glass to the desired shape and size, ensuring a seamless fit for your precious keepsake. We then gently place the cremated ashes between two layers of glass, treating them with the utmost care and reverence. The assembly is then placed into a specialized kiln, where it undergoes a meticulous firing process. During this process, the kiln's temperature gradually rises to an approximate peak of 1500 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing the glass to fuse and encapsulate the ashes within its molten embrace. This intricate process takes approximately 12 hours, allowing the glass to transform into a beautiful and enduring memorial. Once the kiln has cooled and the glass has solidified, we meticulously inspect the piece, ensuring its flawless craftsmanship. Finally, the pendant is delicately assembled, ready to be cherished as a timeless tribute to your beloved.
Can I order multiple pieces of jewelry from the same ashes?

What materials do you use to make the jewelry?
Material is fusing glass especially made only for fusing glass. I place the glass along with ashes will be fired at approx 1500F degree highest point. At our studio, we specialize in crafting custom keepsakes using a wide variety of materials, including blown glass and stainless steel pendants. We encase human and pet cremains or fire ashes within the glass. The stainless steel pendants can also be made with ashes or fur, hair, and other special items.
I use stainless steel chain necklace to avoid any tarnish. Glass fusing is the process of joining compatible sheet glasses together in a kiln until the glass fuses at approximately 1490 degrees Fahrenheit. It grants you the power to create colorful, dynamic works of glass art that are completely unique. Unlike many other glass forms, glass fusing allows you as much time as you need to bring your designs to life since you are working with the glass while it is cold.
How durable is the jewelry?
Although it’s glass, it is durable because It has good thickness. However I recommend you will store it the case what I provided when you don’t wear it. Please do not leave it inside of the car because with extreme heat or extreme cold may damage the keepsake.
How do I care for the jewelry?
Because it’s made by glass, you can clean with dish soap with warm water. Q. What kind of glass do you use? Is it waterproof and how do I take care of my memorial keepsake?
At our studio, we use only the highest quality borosilicate glass, more commonly known as Pyrex glass, to create our beautiful memorials. This laboratory-grade glass is renowned for its exceptional clarity and strength, making it the perfect choice for your precious keepsake. Once your memorial is crafted, it undergoes a rigorous annealing process in a glass kiln to further enhance its durability and longevity.
While borosilicate glass is incredibly resilient, it is not indestructible, so we recommend handling your memorial with care and using common sense when wearing it. Nonetheless, this type of glass is perfect for everyday wear, as it is both waterproof and heat-resistant, and requires no special maintenance. Rest assured that your memorial will be a cherished and enduring tribute to your loved one. Care instructions
•The metal can be rubbed gently with a mild jewelry cleaner and a rag. Do not soak the jewelry in the cleaner.
