Every COCORO pendant is individually handcrafted. The natural placement of ashes, subtle variations in glass, and unique details make each piece truly one of a kind.
Step 2 — Arrange the Transfer of Ashes
Only a small amount of cremation ashes is needed. For most orders, approximately one teaspoon is sufficient.
We offer several convenient ways to transfer your loved one's ashes.
Option 1 — Send Ashes by Mail
After placing your order, you will receive our mailing address and detailed instructions for safely preparing and shipping the ashes.
Please place the requested amount in a small, securely sealed, sift-proof container and include your name and order number.
Cremated remains must be shipped using USPS Priority Mail Express with the required Cremated Remains packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping ashes to COCORO.
For your peace of mind, please send only the requested amount, never the original urn or your entire supply of ashes.
Option 2 — Through Our Partner Program
If you place your order through one of our participating funeral homes, cremation providers, or other partners, we may arrange to collect your loved one's ashes directly from the partner.
This allows you to create your keepsake without having to prepare or mail the ashes yourself.
Availability depends on the participating partner and location.
Option 3 — South Bay Local Pickup
For customers in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, we can arrange a personal pickup of your loved one's ashes at a mutually agreed-upon location, subject to availability.
Please contact us to coordinate the details before arranging a pickup.

Once we receive your loved one's ashes, we carefully identify and prepare your order.
Before beginning, we take a quiet moment to honor their life, offering a heartfelt prayer for peace and a peaceful journey.
This moment of remembrance is a universal expression of love and respect, embracing all beliefs and traditions.
A small amount of ashes is carefully incorporated into layers of glass and kiln-fired at approximately 1,500°F, becoming a lasting part of your keepsake.
Every pendant is individually handcrafted with intention, patience, and the deepest respect for the precious life it represents.
Our typical creation time is approximately one week after receiving the ashes.
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in appearance are a natural and beautiful part of the process.

Step 4 — Receive Your Keepsake
Once completed, your jewelry is carefully inspected and thoughtfully packaged for its journey home.
Any unused ashes will be respectfully returned along with your finished keepsake.
COCORO provides complimentary shipping of your completed order within the United States, using the appropriate shipping service and packaging for cremated remains.
You will receive tracking information when your package is on its way.
Your keepsake will arrive ready to wear, hold, and treasure.
